What is Alive+Well

Some young people have a clear path forward. Most are still searching for one. Alive + Well exists for both.

We're a Rochester, NY nonprofit dedicated to young people ages 13–24 — meeting them where they are, connecting them to people who believe in them, and working alongside them to build a career and life plan rooted in who they actually are and where they genuinely want to go.

Mission & Vision

Mission - Alive + Well helps young people ages 13 to 24 understand who they are and build a clear path forward. Through structured programs, youth gain self-awareness, career exposure, and a life and career plan that connects to real job opportunities.

Vision - To become the front door to the workforce system. A starting point where young people gain clarity, explore real options, and move into education, training, and careers with direction and purpose.
