Terms of Service for Alive + Well

Program Objective:

The Program aims to provide support, guidance, and empowerment to young black males in their personal growth, skill development, and holistic enrichment. It strives to create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters learning, self-discovery, and community engagement.

Participant Commitment:

By participating in the Program, you commit to actively engaging in all activities, workshops, and sessions, and to respect and follow the guidelines provided by the program organizers. Your commitment includes being punctual, and attentive, and showing respect towards fellow participants, mentors, and staff members.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

All information shared within the Program, including personal stories, experiences, and discussions, should be treated with utmost confidentiality and respect. Participants must maintain the privacy of others and refrain from sharing sensitive information without explicit permission.

Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Participants must adhere to the program's guidelines and show respect for diversity, differing opinions, and individual boundaries.

Intellectual Property:

The Program may include materials, resources, and intellectual property owned by the program organizers.
