Unique Approach
Unlike traditional afterschool or enrichment programs, Alive + Well combines personal development (mental wellness, financial literacy, and goal-setting) with career exposure (entrepreneurship, trades, workforce readiness, and college pathways). We are deeply rooted in the communities we serve, led by mentors who share similar lived experiences with our youth — making our work relatable, trusted, and transformative.
